Logo engraving & artwork
Send us your logo as PNG, JPG, PDF or AI. Vector artwork (PDF/AI/SVG) reproduces best; if you only have a raster file, send the largest version you have — ideally 1000px or wider on a transparent or white background. Our team vectorises and positions the artwork for you at no extra charge. There is no setup fee, plate charge or artwork fee.
Artwork approval before production
Nothing is printed or engraved until you approve it. After your order we email a digital proof showing your logo positioned on the diary cover and on the pen. You confirm or request changes; production starts only once you have signed off. Revisions to the proof are free.
Minimum order & per-piece pricing
There is no hard minimum — order a single set as a sample first if you want to see the quality before committing. Bulk rates begin at 10 pieces, so a 10 or 20-person team gets a genuine bulk price. See the per-piece tier table above.
Lead time for bulk orders
- Up to 50 sets — dispatched in 5–7 working days from proof approval
- 51–250 sets — 8–12 working days
- 251+ sets — confirmed with you at the time of the proof
Tell us your event or handover date when you order and we will confirm in writing whether it is achievable before you pay.
GST invoice
A GST invoice is issued for every order. Add your company name and GSTIN in the notes field at checkout and it will appear on the invoice, so the spend is fully claimable.
Delivery
Pan-India delivery, free shipping above ₹499. Bulk orders ship as a single consignment to one address by default; split delivery to multiple offices can be arranged — mention it in the notes and we will quote it.
