How do I personalise my order?
When adding a product to your cart, fill in the personalisation details shown on the product page — such as a name, date, or message. Our team crafts each item based on exactly what you enter.
Can I preview my personalised item before it ships?
We do not currently offer design previews for individual orders. For bulk or corporate gifting, please contact us and we can arrange a sample.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Personalised items go into production quickly. If you need to make a change, please contact us within 1 hour of placing your order. After that, we cannot guarantee changes can be made.
What if I made a spelling mistake in my personalisation?
Please carefully check all details before placing your order. We cannot offer refunds for errors submitted by customers. If you spot a mistake, contact us immediately and we will do our best to help.
🚚 Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
We dispatch all orders within 1–4 working days. Delivery typically takes a further 5–9 working days. On average, most customers receive their orders within 4–10 days of placing the order.
Do you ship across India?
Yes! We ship to all major cities, towns, and pin codes across India.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS. Use this to track your package directly on the courier’s website.
Do you offer express or same-day delivery?
We do not currently offer express or same-day delivery. All orders follow our standard dispatch window of 1–4 working days.
↩️ Returns & Refunds
Can I return a personalised item?
Because each item is made to order, we are unable to accept returns on personalised products unless the item arrives damaged or there was an error on our part.
What if my item arrives damaged?
We’re sorry! Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and send clear photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund as quickly as possible.
How long does a refund take?
Once a refund is approved, it is processed within 5–7 business days and credited back to your original payment method.
💳 Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major UPI apps (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), credit & debit cards, net banking, and EMI options — all securely processed through Razorpay.
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. All payments are handled by Razorpay, a PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant payment gateway. We never store your card or banking details.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
We do not currently offer Cash on Delivery. All orders must be paid online at checkout.
📦 Bulk & Corporate Orders
Do you accept bulk or corporate orders?
Yes! We specialise in personalised corporate gifting. Contact us with your requirements — quantities, products, customisation ideas, and deadline — and we will provide a custom quote.
Can I get a discount on bulk orders?
Yes, we offer special pricing for bulk orders. Please reach out through our Contact page for a personalised quote.
