📋 Order Processing & Dispatch

Every product in our store is made to order and personalised especially for you. Once your order is confirmed and payment is received, our artisans begin the personalisation process. Please allow 1–4 working days for processing before your order is dispatched.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next working day.

🚚 Estimated Delivery Time

After dispatch, delivery typically takes 5–9 working days depending on your location. Metro cities tend to receive orders at the faster end of this range.

  • Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, etc.): 3–6 working days
  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities: 5–9 working days
  • Remote or rural areas: may take up to 12 working days

🇮🇳 Shipping Coverage

We ship to all pin codes across India through our trusted courier partners. Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

📍 Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS. Use this to track your shipment directly on the courier’s website. If you do not receive tracking details within 5 working days of placing your order, please contact us.

⚠️ Please Note: Delivery timelines may be affected during peak seasons (Diwali, Christmas, Valentine’s Day), national holidays, or due to unforeseen courier delays. We will notify you if there are any significant delays with your order.

📦 Damaged or Lost Shipments

We pack every order with care, but if your item arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund as quickly as possible.
