How to personalise
- Type the name exactly as you want it engraved. Please double-check the spelling — engraving is permanent and each piece is made to order.
- For a company logo, upload a clear PNG or JPG. A plain black-on-white file engraves best.
- Want to see it before we cut? Ask for a preview in the order notes and we will send one.

Good to know
- Made to order — dispatched in 3–5 working days once the artwork is confirmed.
- Prepaid orders only. Because every piece is personalised, we do not offer Cash on Delivery.
- Personalised items cannot be returned for a change of mind. If it arrives damaged, or the engraving does not match the artwork you approved, tell us within 48 hours and we will replace it.
