How to personalise

1. Enter the name exactly as it should be engraved. Please check the spelling carefully — engraving is permanent and each piece is made to order.
2. Add a company name or designation for the second line if you want one. Leave it blank for a single-line plate.
3. For bulk orders, upload your logo as a clear PNG or JPG. Plain black-on-white artwork engraves best.

Good to know

• Made to order — dispatched in 3–5 working days once the artwork is confirmed.
• Prepaid orders only. Because every piece is personalised, we do not offer Cash on Delivery.
• Personalised items cannot be returned for a change of mind. If it arrives damaged, or the engraving does not match the artwork you approved, tell us within 48 hours and we will replace it.
