The company diary is a volume annual purchase, and most suppliers give you one flat engraved tone on leatherette. This one is different: the cover carries a full-colour printed panel, so your logo appears in your actual brand colours — gradients, multiple colours and fine detail all reproduce, rather than being flattened into a single engraved shade.

What the colour print can and cannot do
The printed area is a panel on the front cover, not an edge-to-edge full-bleed wrap. Within that panel, full-colour reproduction is genuine — multi-colour logos, gradients and photographic detail all print. If your logo is a single colour it will still print cleanly. If you need the logo to run across the entire cover edge to edge, tell us before ordering and we will confirm what is possible rather than guess.
Logo artwork
Send your logo as PNG, JPG, PDF or AI. Vector (PDF/AI/SVG) is ideal. From a raster file, send the largest you have — at least 1000px wide, transparent or white background. We colour-match, scale and position the artwork for you. No setup fee, no plate charge, no artwork fee.
Artwork approval before production
We email a digital proof showing your logo on the cover, at size, in position. Nothing prints until you approve it, and revisions are free. If you are supplying a list of individual employee names, send one spreadsheet — we proof the full name list back for checking, and print exactly what is supplied, so please check spellings.
Minimum order & per-piece pricing
Order one as a sample first to check the colour reproduction against your brand guidelines before committing to the annual run. Bulk rates begin at 10 pieces. Per-piece rates are in the tier table above.
Lead time for bulk orders
- Up to 50 diaries — dispatched in 5–7 working days from proof approval
- 51–250 diaries — 8–12 working days
- 251+ diaries — confirmed with you at the time of the proof
Annual diary orders cluster in November–January; order early for a January handover and we will confirm your dispatch date in writing before you pay.
GST invoice
A GST invoice is issued for every order — add your company name and GSTIN in the notes field.
Delivery
Pan-India delivery, free shipping above ₹499. Single consignment to one address by default; split delivery across offices can be quoted on request.
