If you’re uploading a photo, a front-facing portrait with a clean background gives the cleanest line-art result. Not sure? WhatsApp the photo to us and we’ll preview it before engraving.

Wipe the crystal with a dry microfibre cloth. Avoid harsh cleaners — they dull the engraving. The wood base is splash-resistant, not waterproof — keep it on a dry surface.

How long does it take to make? Production is 2 business days after we receive your final personalisation. Shipping adds 3-5 days depending on PIN code.
Can I see a preview before you engrave? Yes — WhatsApp us right after ordering and we’ll send you a preview of the engraving layout.
What sizes are available? The lamp is sized to suit a desk or bedside table. Exact dimensions: see the product image with the size reference.
What if my dad doesn’t like it? Personalised products can’t be returned for a refund once engraved, but if there’s a quality defect we re-make it free. Read our shipping & returns policy.
