Each item carries your logo; the diary, bottle and keychain can additionally carry an individual employee’s name at no extra charge — useful for joining kits where the box is handed over with the offer letter.
Logo engraving & artwork
Send your logo as PNG, JPG, PDF or AI. Vector files (PDF/AI/SVG) give the cleanest engraving; from a raster file, send the largest you have — 1000px or wider, transparent or white background. We vectorise and position it for you. No setup fee, no plate charge, no artwork fee.
Artwork approval before production
We email a digital proof showing your logo placed on each item in the kit. Nothing is engraved until you approve it, and proof revisions are free. If you are supplying individual employee names, send them as a single spreadsheet and we will proof the name list back to you for checking before anything is engraved — spellings are engraved exactly as supplied.
Minimum order & per-piece pricing
Order one kit as a sample first if you want to see it before committing. Bulk rates begin at 10 kits, so a ten or twenty-person team gets a real bulk price rather than being priced out. Per-kit rates are in the tier table above.
Lead time for bulk orders
- Up to 25 kits — dispatched in 7–10 working days from proof approval
- 26–100 kits — 12–15 working days
- 101+ kits — confirmed with you at the time of the proof
Multi-item kits take longer than single products because every component is branded. Tell us your joining or event date up front and we will confirm in writing whether it is achievable before you pay.
GST invoice
A GST invoice is issued for every order. Add your company name and GSTIN in the notes field and it will be carried onto the invoice.
Delivery
Pan-India delivery, free shipping above ₹499. Ships as a single consignment to one address by default. Splitting a batch across multiple offices or couriering individual kits to remote employees’ home addresses can be arranged — note it on your order and we will quote it.

Payment
